There’s no way around it: Leather is something that will always be at the forefront of fashion. Our infrastructure is based on that.

We have a sophisticated factory fully air conditioned and equipped to produce any kind of leather accessories producing 50,000 to 65,000 pcs of leather products per month.

Our equipment include hydraulic clicking presses, splitting machines, skiving machines, strap cutting machines, sewing machines including flat bed, cylinder bed, post bed etc, dehumidifiers, embossing, rotary ironing machines, plating/embossing press etc. Even our staff are well-equipped with the skills and expertise required to efficiently handle these advanced equipment.

Tannery

We have our own captive tannery setup that produces various types of finished leather per month in an eco-friendly environment. We are into export of leather goods from over 49 years and are well informed about the chemical requirements and legal implications. Since majority of Leather products made in India are for export, nearly all leading Chemical manufacturers for leather industry are here including BASF, Bayers, Sandoz, Trumpler, TFL etc. Through a strict application of the latest technologies and environmental management practices, we ensure that all our leathers are in compliance with the strict technical and quality standards expected by today’s quality-conscious and socially responsible consumer. We produce an array of different types of leathers specializing from vegetable tan to nubuck, suede and finished and embossed leathers to choose from.

Quality Control

Quality is an important factor when it comes to any product or service. Quality control is essential to building a successful business that delivers products that meet or exceed customers’ expectations. We work closely with our QC team to design a specific bag or accessory inspection checklist. We verify the quality of mass production based on the customers acceptable Quality requirements, perform product function and safety tests, and assess compliance with your product’s specifications and authorized samples. The products workmanship is carefully examined at each stage. We personalize your compliance program and monitor results, and apply corrective actions necessary to support your objectives and achieve lead-times. Also we provide a warranty period of a year for all our products.

Ethical Policies

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the letter of intent of all relevant labour and factory laws and refrain from any illegal, dishonest, or unethical conduct complying with our SA8000 certification. We also hold a Factories Licence and Pollution Clearance.

We have induced stringent rules against bribery and work place harassment and have formed special committees from among our working staff to address and resolve any kind of grievances being raised in all levels in the organisation.
